Online payments through our shopping cart are processed by PayPal. Please note that PayPal does accept major credit cards and processes e-checks.

Shipping
We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Most shipments are sent within 24 hours of payment. Shipping time usually takes 3-5 business days, however some orders will take up to 10 business days for delivery.
Returns
On all How To Gurus™ published CBT software, we offer a full 30 day money-back guarantee for un-opened software packages. If the software package has been opened, we will replace it with another copy of the same title. We will also replace any title that proves to be defective with a new copy of the same title.
We make no guarantees as to the suitability of the software for any particular need. Please read all information on the software title before purchasing. Pay special attention to software, operating system, and hardware requirements.
All returned software must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form. Contact us to inquire about returning a product.
